Cancellation Policy
Always and Forever Ceremonies, LLC will only ever cancel your event in the situation of an emergency. If we have to cancel under those circumstances your deposit will be fully refunded. We will notify you of any such emergency as soon as possible. We will also try to locate another officiant for you if possible.
Reverend Tonya Duncan is a member of the American Association of Wedding Officiants and there are many members in Ohio that she can attempt to contact on your behalf if this situation should ever arise.
Please note that if you cancel your event the deposit amount is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event and we have the date available we will still honor your deposit for the new date and only the balance of the package will be due.
