Commitment Ceremony
The Commitment Ceremony is for couples who want to proclaim their love for one another but are not able to obtain a legal marriage license from the State of Ohio. These ceremonies are appropriate for same sex couples or couples that cannot legally wed for any other reason. 
** It is important that couples who select this package understand that the ceremony performed is only for celebratory or ceremonial purposes. The ceremony is not a legally binding marriage under the laws of the State of Ohio.
This ceremony package includes the following:
- Travel to the location of your choice
- Consultations to create a unique ceremony just for you
- Performance of the ceremony
- Keepsake copy of the words spoken during your ceremony
- Keepsake Marriage Certificate to commemorate your special event
Ceremony Package Fees:
If the ceremony is held in Licking County this package is $150.00
Wedding Rehearsal can be added to this package for $50
If the ceremony is held in our Local Service Area this package is $200.00 Wedding Rehearsal can be added to this package for $75
(Our local service area includes anywhere in Coshocton, Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Knox, Muskingum, and Perry County)
Outside our Local Service Area: please contact us for a quote. We can perform ceremonies anywhere in Ohio.

**Rent the Wedding Arch to enhance the look of your ceremony
Required Deposit:
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book your wedding event. No additional deposit is needed if a Wedding Rehearsal is added to your package.
Payment Options and Requirements:
The $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your ceremony date. The remaining balance should be paid 2 weeks prior to the ceremony date. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards.
We must allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear. Payments made by credit card will be processed via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to utilize this option.
If you need to make alternate payment arrangements please just contact us. We try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
Cancellations:
If you should need to cancel your ceremony please refer to our cancellation policy as well as contact us as soon as possible.
